Ingredients

1 lb boneless beef strips
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup mixed greens
1 cup sliced bell peppers

Directions

Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger paste in a bowl.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
