Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
Kosher salt, for serving
Grated Parmesan, for serving

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture evenly onto both sides of the chicken breasts.

Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
