Baked Buffalo Cauliflower Snack Board

Ingredients
Rice vinegar, 2 tbsp
Frank’s RedHot sauce, 1/4 cup
Butter, 2 tbsp
Granulated sugar, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Black pepper, 1 tsp
Flour, 1 cup
Frozen cauliflower, 1 (12 oz) bag, broken into florets
Blue cheese crumbles, 1/4 cup, for garnish
Directions

In a medium bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, Frank’s RedHot sauce, butter, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper.

Add the flour to the bowl and stir until just combined, avoiding overmixing.

Transfer the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.

Transfer the cauliflower mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly caramelized.

Just before serving, sprinkle the blue cheese crumbles over the top of the cauliflower and drizzle with any remaining sauce mixture.
