BALSAMIC BAKED CHICKEN BREAST – Healthy & Nutritious
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with olive oil. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, to taste.

Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with honey, followed by a spoonful of balsamic glaze. Sprinkle dried thyme and lemon zest evenly over the top of the chicken.

Add the chicken broth to the baking dish and transfer it to the preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes, then baste the chicken with the juices and continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy your perfectly cooked balsamic baked chicken breast!
