BALSAMIC BAKED CHICKEN BREAST – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 cup Chicken Broth
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Dried Oregano
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano.

In a large baking dish, whisk together olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, and chicken broth. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and spoon the balsamic mixture over the top of each breast.

Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
