BALSAMIC BAKED CHICKEN – Healthy High Protein

Ingredients
4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
