BALSAMIC BAKED CHICKEN – Healthy High Protein

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat.

Arrange the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and top each with cherry tomatoes.
