BEEF CABBAGE STIR FRY – Best Family Dinner

Ingredients
sliced beef
head of cabbage
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt and pepper, to taste
chopped green onions, for garnish
sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
sliced red bell peppers (optional)
Directions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Once hot, add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the sliced cabbage and cooked beef to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage is tender and the beef is coated in the sauce. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (if using) and serve hot.
