1 lb. Beef Sausages (or Beef of your Choice), Sliced
3 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Onion, Chopped
2 cups Napa Cabbage, Sliced
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Grated Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 cup Crunchy Peanuts
Salt, to taste
