BEEF HOT HONEY BOWL – Healthy High Protein

Ingredients
1 pound beef strips
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup hot honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup mixed greens
Directions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Serve the beef mixture over a bed of mixed greens and sprinkle with sesame seeds and crispy green onion.
