Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground beef
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet of taco seasoning
Shredded cheese, optional
Tortillas, sour cream, and salsa for topping
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.
