Ingredients

All-purpose flour: 2 cups
Granulated sugar: 1 1/2 cups
Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
Ground cocoa powder: 1 cup
Unsalted butter, softened: 1 cup
Eggs: 4
Vanilla extract: 2 tsp
Blueberries: 1 cup (fresh or frozen)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa powder.

In a large bowl, use a mixer to cream the butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
