BLUEBERRY CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES – Simple & Delicious

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter until creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Beat just until combined.
