Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare chicken by shredding it into small pieces and mixing with buffalo sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper.
