CATTLE DRIVE CASSEROLE – Best Family Dinner

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Medium Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Corn Kernels
1 cup French-Style Green Beans
1 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Preface a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Drain excess fat and set the cooked ground beef aside. In the same skillet, add diced onion and cook until it reaches a tender state.

Mix the ground beef, cooked onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the corn, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and cheddar cheese; stir until well combined.

Transfer the beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and top it with the breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
