Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp grated ginger

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Blend until smooth.

Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, turning to coat evenly. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, flipping the chicken halfway through.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on it. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the wire rack. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
