1 lb ground beef

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream of mushroom soup

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

6 eggs, beaten

1 cup heavy cream

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brown the ground beef in a large skillet, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat and transfer the beef to a large mixing bowl. Add diced onion, minced garlic, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, cream of mushroom soup, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
