Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, mozzarella cheese, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.
