Ingredients

  • 12 oz. pasta of choice (e.g., bow tie, penne)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions.

In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together red wine vinegar, olive oil, and dried oregano.
