COTTAGE CHEESE FLAGELS – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup Oats
1 large Egg
1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Directions

In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, oats, egg, and a pinch of salt. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

In a mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese mixture, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow it to chill and firm up.

Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Divide the chilled mixture into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a long, thin flagel.
