COTTAGE CHEESE FLAGELS – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions

Mix the flours, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Add the melted butter, cottage cheese, egg, dill, and lemon juice. Mix until a dough forms.
