Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt to taste (1/4 teaspoon)
Directions
