Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) container cottage cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • <1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
