CROCKPOT KIELBASA GREEN BEANS – Simple & Delicious

Ingredients
Kielbasa Sausage, 1 lb
Green Beans, 1 pint
Onion, 1 medium
Garlic, 2 cloves
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup
Directions

Cut the Kielbasa into 1-inch slices and place in the Crockpot.

Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the Crockpot with the Kielbasa.

Add the green beans to the Crockpot, making sure they are submerged in the liquid from the other ingredients.

Cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.

Stir in the Greek yogurt and serve hot.
