CRUNCHY ZUCCHINI CHIPS – Guilt-Free & Healthy

Ingredients

Zucchinis (2-3 medium-sized)
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Paprika
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
Celery Sticks (for serving)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and slice the zucchinis into very thin rounds. Place them in a large bowl.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Pour this mixture over the zucchinis and toss until they’re evenly coated.

Spread the zucchini slices out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchinis are crispy and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Serve with celery sticks for a satisfying crunch.
