Easy Adult Lunchables With Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 pound cooked chicken, diced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4-6 lettuce leaves
1 large cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
4-6 mini whole wheat crackers
Directions

Cook the chicken to desired doneness and let it cool, then chop into small pieces and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Add the diced chicken to the bowl and mix until combined.

For each bento box, add a lettuce leaf on the bottom, followed by a few slices of cucumber and a handful of cherry tomatoes.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken salad on top of the veggies.
