Ingredients

1 9-inch pie crust

3 large eggs

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Gruyère cheese

4 slices of cooked bacon

1 cup diced onion

1/2 cup diced ham

2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper
