Easy Italian Herb Cottage Cheese Flatbread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chopped fresh basil
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 package pizza dough

Directions

Pulse the cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in olive oil, onion, garlic, basil, parsley, salt, and pepper.
