Since then, I’ve been experimenting with ways to bring these flavors into my own kitchen. Today, I’m excited to share with you my recipe for Fast Greek Chicken Salad Bowls, a dish that’s quick, delicious, and transportive.

Fast Greek Chicken Salad Bowls

Ingredients
Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts (4)
Olive Oil
Red Onion (1 cup diced)
Kalamata Olives (1/2 cup sliced)
Feta Cheese (1/4 cup crumbled)
Chopped Fresh Cucumber (1)
Chopped Fresh Tomatoes (1 cup)
Lemon Juice
Greek Seasoning
Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

In a large bowl, combine diced red onion, sliced olives, crumbled feta, chopped cucumber, and chopped tomatoes.

Drizzle olive oil over the top of the salad and sprinkle with Greek seasoning.

Toss with lemon juice to taste, then top with cooked chicken breasts.

Divide among bowls and serve immediately.
