Garlic Butter Chicken And Veggies

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, whisk together butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss until coated.

On a 16×12 inch sheet pan, arrange bell peppers and broccoli in a single layer. Leave space around each piece.

Place the chicken on top of the vegetables, leaving some space between each piece.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and vegetables are tender.
