Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cabbage Steaks

Ingredients

Cabbage (1 medium head, cut into 4 thick slices)
Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
Butter (4 tablespoons)
Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
Italian seasoning (1 teaspoon)
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cabbage steaks in a single layer.
