Greek Chicken Bowls With Tzatziki

Ingredients

Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
Feta Cheese, Crumbly
Cucumber
Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
Kalamata Olives, Pitted
Tomato, Halved
Leaves of Fresh Parsley
Greek Seasoning
Tzatziki Sauce (see below)

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, 1 tsp lemon zest, 1 tsp lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

Add 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts and toss to coat.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 tsp dried dill.

Divide cooked chicken, chopped cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and tomato among four bowls. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce and garnish with parsley.
