Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and thyme.
