GREEK MEATBALL BOWL – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, parsley, garlic, egg, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
