GROUND BEEF HONEY BOWL – Healthy High Protein

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef (90% Lean)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 large Onion, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Mixed Bell Peppers, sliced
1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic and cook until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Cook until the beef is browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
