GROUND BEEF HONEY BOWL – Healthy High Protein

Ingredients

1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup Honey
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Brown Rice
2 cups Broccoli florets
1 cup sliced Carrots
2 tbsp Olive Oil
