HEALTHY GIRL TREAT – Guilt-Free & Healthy

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together oats, almond butter, honey, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.

Stir in chopped dark chocolate, coconut flakes, and vanilla extract.

Drop tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
