Ingredients
Ancient Grain Biscuits (1 cup)
Dark Chocolate Chips (1 cup)
Unsalted Almonds (1/2 cup)
Cocoa Powder (2 tbsp)
Coconut Sugar (1 tbsp)
Large Egg (1)
Coconut Oil (2 tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Salt (a pinch)
Directions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking sheet with coconut oil.

In a large bowl, combine ancient grain biscuits, dark chocolate chips, unsalted almonds, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Rip the mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into round balls.

Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
