1 cup frozen spinach
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 cup ice
Handful ice-cold water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Directions
