Ingredients
4 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
1 cup unsweetened Frozen Green Tea
1 cup diced Apples
1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
1 tablespoon Honey
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Zest
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Ice Cubes (as needed)
Directions
