Healthy Green Smoothie For Family Mornings

Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)
Spinach leaves for garnish
Slivered almonds for garnish (optional)

Directions

In a blender, combine the spinach, pineapple, banana, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
