In reality, getting your tribe fed and happy on those early morning rush-hour mornings can be a real challenge. One solution that’s been a lifesaver in our house? A healthy, delicious, and quick green smoothie that fuels us all for whatever the day brings.

Healthy Green Smoothie For Family Mornings

Ingredients

2 cups frozen spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (as needed)
Pineapple wedges (optional)

Directions

Add the spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
