Healthy Green Smoothie For Family Mornings

Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Spinach
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup Fresh Pineapple Slices
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
1 tablespoon Chia Seed Oil
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Ice Cubes (as needed)

Directions

In a high-speed blender, combine frozen spinach, unsweetened almond milk, fresh pineapple slices, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, chia seed oil, honey, vanilla extract, and a few ice cubes.

Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.

Pour the smoothie into your favorite glass or a chilled blender jar.
