Healthy Green Smoothie For Family Mornings

Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut water
1 medium avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Ice cubes (as needed)
Handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

Directions

Add the frozen spinach, frozen pineapple, unsweetened almond milk, unsweetened coconut water, and avocado to a high-powered blender.

Add the vanilla protein powder and chia seeds to the blender and blend until well combined.
