Healthy Green Smoothie For Family Mornings

Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)
Handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
