Ingredients

Lamb Mince (500g/1.1lb)
Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)
Granulated Onion (1/2 cup)
Fresh Parsley (1/4 cup chopped)
Feta Cheese (1/2 cup crumbled)
Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
Cucumber (1 large)

Directions

1
Preheat a non-stick oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, combine lamb mince, breadcrumbs, granulated onion, parsley, feta cheese, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until just combined.
2
Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs in the preheated skillet, leaving a little space between each one. Cook for 5 minutes, until they start to brown on the bottom.
3
Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
4
For the tzatziki sauce, grate the cucumber and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin. Add the grated cucumber and stir to combine.
5
Serve the meatballs with the tzatziki sauce spooned over the top.
