HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN – Easy Comfort Food

Ingredients
4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions

Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces and season with salt and pepper.

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of water. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
