As I walked into my grandmother’s kitchen, the smell of sizzling chicken and the sweetness of honey hit my senses, instantly transporting me back to my childhood. Those were the moments when life seemed simpler, and food brought us all together. My grandmother’s honey garlic chicken recipe has been a staple in our family for years, and now, it’s time to share it with you. Try pairing this dish with some steamed vegetables or a bowl of noodles, just like in our creamy garlic chicken ramen, for an unforgettable comfort food experience.

★★★★★ (55 Reviews)
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
1
In a large bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
2
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, leaving enough room for the chicken to spread out in a single layer.
3
Bake the chicken for 20-22 minutes or until cooked through.
4
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Pour in the chicken broth and let simmer for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
5
Serve the chicken with the honey and garlic sauce spooned over the top.
