HONEY GLAZED SALMON BOWL – Healthy & Nutritious

Ingredients
Salmon fillets (4, 6 oz each)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp sesame oil
Quinoa (1 cup)
Roasted vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers)
Directions

In a shallow dish, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and grated ginger until well combined.

Add sesame oil to the bowl and coat salmon fillets evenly.
