Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup tamago filling
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup shredded radish
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath to stop cooking.
